In 1978 Mike Burtnik joined his father Mel to further build a stronger company. Through the years they added like minded employees to help assist in the higher demand for quality print. By 1982 the company needed a larger facility and moved just a few doors up the street to our present location, 78 Queenston Street. Around this time, began the digital movement toward copiers with only black ink to start. Soon after was the complete change of the way art and design was created.
In 1998, both Kathy and Mike purchased the remaining shares of the company and the building so that Mel would be able to retire and that they could continue expanding the ever-changing services that our clients require. Every step of the way, Burtnik Printing stays true to their commitment to quality of service by purchasing the newest tools to enhance both the design and the print/copy services we provide.
